So, US Vogue has released there first ever Best Dressed supplement. It has named 11 of the world’s most sartorially stylish celebrities, and all I can say is whoever decided that Kate Moss was Best Dressed of the Decade, was certainly smoking the crack pipe (with her).
Kate Moss can barely dress herself at the best of the times, falling out of her dresses like she does out of nightclubs. Although she is inarguably one of the most photogenic and iconic models of the decade, she is certainly not the most stylish. Vogue style director Alexandra Kotur thinks otherwise, saying: ‘At every moment Kate Moss has looked chic and cool’.
