O’s Hotel Review: Evason Six Senses Hua Hin

To arrive to The Evason Six Senses or in other words Spa-Bliss It takes just 3 hours drive along the coast from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The city itself is famed for being the first choice of their King for holiday. Located in 20-acres of lush tropical gardens,  with an array of colorful flowers, and gorgeous lotus ponds.  Overlooking the Siam Gulf, while sitting at the pool you get this strong feeling of freedom. As I mentioned before my whole holiday was based on the idea of regenerating through the use of SPAs, the Evason’s Six Senses Spa is one of the most relaxing reviving experiences available. Set inside a mini jungle, just entering the area you feel elated. For all of you stressed out there, this place might be there answers for all your problems.

Style: Jungle, strong vegetation – Spa Escape

Number of Bedrooms: 185 studio rooms & 40 water Villas

Philosophy:   ”Intelligent Luxury” and Evason philosophy of “Redefining Experiences”, indicate how much emphasis is placed on providing the ultimate holiday experience, while at the same time being socially and environmentally responsible.”

Rating: ✩✩✩½ of 5

4 Pros: Fantastic Restaurant, set in between the lotus flower ponds, was delicious – Their Studio rooms were absolutely lovely even compared to the water pool villas – The Spa is really one of the prettiest I have seen (4½ out of 5) – the flora and fauna of the resort is fantastic

2 Cons: No internet in the rooms (which for my self was a real issue since I like updating BBF) but there was internet in all other areas. There is no beach, and from the pool you can see the local road where there is a bit too much car passing going on for my taste, from the hotel ‘s website one is led to believe this road doesn’t exists, which can be deceiving!
